About the Role

You''ll be part of a warm, welcoming team at our registered support service in Market Weighton, just outside the town centre. This is more than just a workplace — it''s a supportive environment where kindness, respect, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.

Shift Patterns

This role involves a flexible rota, which can look like:

  • Day shifts
  • Night shifts
  • Weekend working
  • Sleeps

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Support individuals with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping
  • Assist with managing finances, medication, and appointments
  • Encourage participation in social and community activities
  • Promote independence and support individuals to achieve their personal goals
  • Build meaningful, trusting relationships and provide emotional support
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with complex needs
