Hours : Full Time, 40 hours per week, Mon–Fri (8:30–5:30 or 9:00–6:00), no weekendsThis isn’t reception. It’s connection. Create a warm, safe and vibrant atmosphere for members and guestsGreet, chat, and support members with anything they needOnboard new members and help them feel at homePlan and host events (coffee mornings, socials, wellness and pop-ups)Keep the front desk looking sharp and the building running like clockworkLiaise with operations and maintenance teams to keep standards highPitch in with ideas for improving the member experienceRequirements / Who you are

Experience in a customer-facing role – ideally in coworking, hospitality, theatre or front-of-houseConfident with tech; training on CRM and booking systems will be providedCurious, thoughtful and great at connecting with peopleOrganised with a flair for planning and hosting eventsAvailable Mon–Fri (no evenings or weekends)Proactive, professional and able to work under pressureCreative, energetic and a touch of theatre in daily workWants to grow their career; several Community Associates have progressed to Community Manager rolesWhy work for us
