Principal Parking Consultant

Are you a parking and traffic management expert with a passion for delivering high-impact public realm and transport projects? We’re looking for a Principal Parking Consultant to drive the delivery of complex kerbside schemes across both public and private sectors.About the Role

You’ll lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering technical parking, kerbside, and traffic management solutions - from inception to completion. Your expertise will guide project strategy, design, and implementation, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of consultants, technicians, and graduates

Oversee project delivery, from bids and proposals through to execution

Provide technical expertise in parking scheme design, traffic engineering, and highways

Collaborate with internal teams and clients across the Marston Group

Manage budgets, resources, and project pipelines

Mentor junior staff and support team growth and development

About You

Qualifications and Memberships:Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Membership with MICE, MBPA, MCIHT, or similar

(Desirable) Project Management qualification

Skills and Experience:Strong technical knowledge of parking and traffic design, regulations, and TfL standards

Proficient in AutoCAD and transport design tools

Proven experience delivering complex parking and transport projects

Strong project and people management capabilities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
