Zscaler Engineer - CONTRACT4 month contractLondon/Remote£400 - £500 p/d (umbrella/inside) IT Solutions Provider seeking an SC Cleared Zscaler Engineer to support the secure deployment of Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) to our existing Zscaler suite. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and third party vendors, Zscaler troubleshooting skills are essential to ensure an optimal user experience. This is a support focused role. Key Responsibilities: Deployment: Assist in deploying Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) to support secure connectivity to corporate resources. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Utilize Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) for visibility and diagnostics, and resolve issues related to ZPA. Technical Support: Provide guidance and support to team members including operational support teams. Collaboration: Work effectively with teams across infrastructure, security, identity and application domains to enable seamless deployment.
