Duties will involve drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements, including supply and distribution contracts, outsourcing arrangements, and high-value service agreements. You will also gain meaningful exposure to matters involving technology contracts, IP rights, software and IT agreements, digital commerce, data-related issues, and wider tech-enabled commercial projects.What You''ll Need to SucceedYou will be a qualified Solicitor with approximately 2-5 years'' PQE in commercial law. Experience gained at a Legal 500/Chambers-ranked firm or a strong in-house team is desirable.
