Select OH is looking for an experienced OHA to deliver the full OH remit to sites in Birmingham and Kidderminster, working 4 days ( Kidderminster 1 day every 2 weeks and Birmingham 2 days per week - additional work days will be working from home)

About The Role

You will deliver a mix of:

Complex Case Managementincluding aMental Health CaseloadSickness Absence ManagementHealth SurveillanceincludingAudiometry, Spirometry, Visionand possiblyHAVSandSkin AssessmentsPre-Employment Medicals, Assessment and QuestionnairesHealth Promotion and Wellbeing

This role includes working autonomously, engaging and building positive relationships and helping to shape the occupational health service with our customer.

You will be supported by a clinically qualified manager and a friendly head office support team.

Our client has an excellent reputation for supporting and looking after their staff whilst providing a high-quality service to their clients, requesting a max of 4 cases per day from their OHA''s!

Salary up to £48k per annum pro rata + Benefits Package.
