Graduate Software Engineer – Cloud Backend OR Android (Kotlin)
2025 Grads or up to 2 years’ experience
A high-growth tech scale-up is hiring an outstanding Graduate Software Engineer to join their expanding engineering team. With recent funding and an acquisition under their belt, they’re delivering cutting-edge AI and video collaboration tools at scale and gaining serious traction.
You’ll be joining a fast-paced, product-led environment with access to real users, real ownership, and the opportunity to grow alongside some of the most capable engineers in the space.
What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and building performant, scalable systems
• Working with real-time video, collaboration tools, and API integrations
• Pair programming, code reviews, and fast iteration on production code
• Collaborating cross-functionally with product and design
• Working on both core and R&D/AI-related features
• Contributing to both new builds and improving existing infrastructure

• Degree in Computer Science (ideally a First; 2:1 considered from top 5 UK universities or equivalent)
• A-levels in Maths and Further Maths (A/A*)
• Evidence of strong programming skills - GitHub, internships, personal or academic projects
• Backend candidates: Interest in SaaS, scalable infra, and clean architecture
• Android candidates: Strong Kotlin and mobile development skills
• Exposure to multiple languages (not just Python)

• Salary from £45k–£55k depending on experience
