As
Senior Production Manager , you’ll be the driving force behind the production of conferences, brand activations, dinners, awards and more. You’ll take ownership of the full end-to-end process, from planning through to execution, ensuring every event runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest creative and technical standards.You’ll also lead and mentor a small but dynamic team (Production Manager and Junior Production Manager), supporting their development while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of production across both venues: logistics, staffing, equipment, budgets, health and safety and delivery.Work hand-in-hand with clients, event planners and venue teams to bring ideas to life while staying on budget and on schedule.Line-manage, inspire and guide your direct reports, ensuring the whole production team works seamlessly together.Lead on-site event delivery, troubleshooting challenges and ensuring a premium experience for all clients and guests.Produce detailed RAMS, safety plans and technical drawings, maintaining gold-standard compliance and efficiency.Build strong relationships with vendors, contractors and suppliers to guarantee flawless execution.Play a key role in shaping the venues’ production offering, processes and reputation.About You
5–10 years’ experience
in event production, ideally across premium venues or high-profile projects.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Confidence managing budgets, timelines and multiple projects under pressure.Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with a flair for relationship-building.Technical know-how (Vectorworks, CAD, CRM systems, Microsoft/Google packages).A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, you stay calm and creative when challenges arise.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and outside standard hours when needed.Bonus skills
such as First Aid, IPAF, IOSH, PASMA or rigging knowledge will be welcomed.This isn’t just another production role.
