Basic Salary: £29,000 + Depending on experience
OTE : £36,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am till 6pm and 1 in 4 Saturday''s 8am till 2pm
Location: Twickenham

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
·Arranging Service Department bookings.
·Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
·Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans
 
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
·Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor with a customer service environment or main car dealership
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Previous experience Upselling  
·Full manual UK Driving License - Subject to drivers check
