SHEQ ISO-Systems Administrator

Location: LondonSalary: Up to £40,000Irwin and Colton are engaged by a leading Facilities Management organisation to recruit a

SHEQ ISO-Systems Administrator . The organisation provides maintenance and engineering services to a broad portfolio of renowned commercial clients across 100+ buildings in London. This is a new role created to support the SHEQ department with ISO standards, including 14001, 9001, and 27001, as well as administrative and compliance services.

The role reports directly to the SHEQ Director.

Responsibilities:

Maintain legal registers, document control, continual improvement, and risk registers in line with ISO Management Systems.

Represent the business''s integrated management systems (ISO-14001, ISO-9001, ISO-27001).

Manage document revisions in compliance with change management processes.

Communicate with certification bodies and external contractors (e.g., BSI).

Maintain sub-contractor vetting data.

Perform administrative tasks such as raising POs, data entry, scheduling meetings, and arranging training.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience with ISO Accreditations 14001 / 9001; experience with 27001 is a plus.

Experience interacting with certification bodies like BSI.

Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office Suite.

Auditing experience (internal/external) is beneficial.

Willingness to be site-based four days per week.
