A prestigious Management Consultancy is seeking Oracle HCM experienced Management Consultants to work on a UK-wide transformation programme.

You will manage the delivery of Oracle HCM across multiple locations, migrating from existing software, working with business stakeholders and delivery partners.

You are an experienced Management Consultant with a strong Oracle HCM programme management background, preferably within the public sector.

This role requires both business and implementation experience, as well as the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
