Our client has received a care inspectorate ratings of "5" with the care inspectorate which they are very proud off.!Reporting into your Team Leader/Manager ,You will be providing personal care and support to people who require additional support within their own homes and key duties will include: Provide support to individuals, helping them to maintain independence in their own homesPromote independence in daily tasks whilst ensuring policy and procedures are metSupport and assist individuals with personal care in accordance with their care plansSupport individuals in maintaining a clean and tidy home environmentTo be suitable for this challenging and rewarding role you will have the following skills, experience and key attributes: Be a kind, caring and compassionate personHave good timekeeping skills, and be a reliable personHave your own transport and valid UK driving licenceHaving experience within the care sector would be advantageous but not essential as full training including induction etc will be provided.
