Reporting to the CFO, who reports to the MD, the role will include: Managing day-to-day finance, leading a team of c10 talented finance professionalsOwnership of all operational aspects of finance across the Balance Sheet, PandL and CashflowThe month-end process from start to finishLender Reporting - Covenant reportingStatutory reporting - Working with external advisors when requiredEnsuring the appropriate Control environment is in placeLeading the development and improvement of processes, controls and systemsVariance analysis and reporting on trendsKPI ReportingOversight of capital expenditure on monthly and ad hoc basisReviewing and authorising relevant areas, i.e. POs and Expenses, refunds, allowances, banking transactions as required by Company policyQuarterly/ ..... full job details .....
