Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an Accounts Assistant to their Finance team.Reporting to the Finance Director, this role will support the day-to-day accounts receivable and finance function, while also assisting with reporting improvements, finance system optimisation, and process efficiencies.The Role:Support the accounts receivable process including invoicing, cash allocation, credit control, collections, and reconciliationsMonitor aged debt, resolve account discrepancies, and liaise with customers regarding paymentsAssist with finance reporting, cash flow reporting, and process improvement initiativesSupport data accuracy, ERP systems, and finance administration activitiesWork closely with internal departments to resolve billing queries and support operational requirementsAssist with Microsoft Dynamics implementation and ongoing finance system improvementsThe Person:Previous experience in a accounts receivable or finance roleGood understanding of reconciliations, credit control, and finance processesExperience using ERP systems, with SAP experience ..... full job details .....
