The role offers exposure to a wide range of sectors, including education, healthcare, commercial, and residential, and the opportunity to work on projects from concept through to detailed design, in a client-facing, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead architectural projects from concept to detailed designCoordinate multidisciplinary design teams and liaise with clients and contractorsDevelop technical details and ensure compliance with UK Building RegulationsContribute to the successful delivery of projects across varying scalesSupport, mentor, and coach Part 1 and Part 2 staffAssist studio leadership in development, management, and nurturing design cultureSupport BIM processes including model coordination and clash/interface managementRequirements:RIBA Part 3 qualified and ARB registeredStrong understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction methods, and building systemsExperience with client-facing projects and multidisciplinary teamsProficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; Navisworks/BIM experience desirableOrganised, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressureThis role provides excellent professional growth opportunities within a supportive, innovative studio environment.We can only consider applications from ..... full job details .....
