We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator-to join our client to support the smooth day-to-day running of multiple business functions.
This is a varied role that sits across operations, finance, and administration. You will play a key part in ensuring processes run efficiently and supporting teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities for an Operations Administrator (with credit control)
- Manage credit control activities, including chasing payments, resolving queries, and reporting on aged debt
- Maintain accurate customer and supplier records across internal systems
- Support scheduling, purchasing, and general operational coordination
- Assist with invoicing and contract administration
- Update internal trackers, records, and documentation
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including travel booking and office coordination
- Handle general business support tasks and ad hoc duties as required
Key skills for an Operations Administrator (with credit control)
- Experience using Xero or a similar system
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with accounting systems is advantageous
