Manage the end-to-end delivery of capital projects, from feasibility to completion and handover within Estate Maintenance Directorate.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Liaise with internal departments, clinical teams, contractors, and external consultants.Prepare business cases, procurement documentation, project plans, and progress reports.Ensure compliance with all statutory building engineering regulations and NHS guidelines.Contribute to sustainability goals and ensure projects meet environmental standards.About us

Qualifications
A degree in Building, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS, CIOB, APM).Experience
Substantial experience in managing construction or refurbishment projects within a healthcare or complex environment.NHS or public sector project management experience.Knowledge and Skills
Strong knowledge of health and safety, CDM regulations, and statutory compliance.Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Disclosure and Barring Service Check
