This role offers a chance to work on a variety of UK based projects including regeneration, residential and historic projects as part of a growing London team. This AJ100 has over 300 employees and 12 studios across the UK, they are currently expanding its urban design and master planning department, Projects include new build developments and Urban regeneration projects across the UK. Due to this they are now seeking a Senior Urban Designer to work directly under the urban design director.Role and Responsibilities Lead and manage urban design and master planning projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfactionCollaborate closely with architects, studio directors, and other stakeholders across multiple offices to deliver integrated design solutionsAssist with business development activities, supporting bids and building client relationships to secure new projectsGive support junior team members.Required Skills and ExperienceProven experience of leading regeneration and strategic housing projectsUK project experience is essentialA background in Urban design, with a solid understanding of commercial considerations and the ability to produce viable design solutionsStrong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUpExcellent writing, drawing, and communication skillsCapacity to work independently and take initiativeExperience in engaging with ..... full job details .....
