Assistant Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing dynamic organisation. They are looking for an Assistant Manager to join their well established team in their Birmingham office.The role will predominately involve a mixture of Liquidations and Administrations.Specific duties and responsibilities include: Involvement in client meetings from initial contact, with some responsibility of driving case to appointment dateDealing with cases from commencement/handover to closure, driving case progression from appointment including statutory reporting to a variety of stakeholdersManagement of multiple casesExperience and understanding of corporate insolvency procedures, particularly Administrations and CVLsStakeholder managementAchieving statutory and regulatory complianceResponsibility for additional ad hoc tasks as requiredHaving a degree of autonomy in decision makingManaging and developing junior employeesDeveloping relationships with other professionals both internally within the group and externallySkills required:Corporate insolvency experience of multiple processesGood numeracy and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to identify and deal with high-risk issuesFlexibility and adaptabilityAbility to manage competing priorities in a varied case portfolioExcellent team playerStrong organisational skillsAbility to work on your own initiative and be proactiveExcellent interpersonal skillsAs the role ..... full job details .....
