It serves authentic seasonal cuisine with the best quality local ingredients in a cosy and elegant atmosphere. In a brigade of 12 and a capacity of 60 covers working over 7 or 8 shifts, the team is led by an internationally renowned Executive Chef and a Michelin starred Head Chef.
