HR Systems, Reporting and Data Manager We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Systems, Reporting and Data Manager to join the HR team and take ownership of the Group''s HR systems. This is a key role for a proactive individual who can combine technical expertise with strategic insight to ensure accurate data management, insightful reporting, and effective system development. The Role: Oversee and manage all aspects of the HR systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with GDPR. Lead on system development projects, including upgrades, process improvements, and the implementation of new modules (Training and Development, E-Recruitment). Design, build and deliver HR and payroll reports using Business Objects and maintain the HR dashboard (Power BI) to support strategic decision-making. Provide user training, documentation, and system support for HR, payroll, and management teams. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and MIS teams to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive automation across the Group. The Candidate: Proven experience managing HR systems (preferably iTrent) and HR reporting tools such as Business Objects or Power BI. Strong understanding of HR data structures, workflows, and process automation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
