Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Heavy Plant Fitter to join our dynamic team. This role involves the maintenance, repair, and servicing of a wide range of heavy plant machinery both in our workshops and on customer sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical excellence, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining the high standards our client is known for. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of heavy plant machinery including excavators, telehandlers, rollers, dumpers, crushers, screeners, and other earthmoving equipment. Perform both scheduled preventative maintenance and reactive repairs to minimize downtime. Carry out inspections in line with LOLER/PUWER and manufacturers'' guidelines. Provide detailed reports on completed work, including job cards and service records. Attend breakdowns on customer sites as required, ensuring prompt and professional service delivery.
