Your new companyOur client is a well-respected defendant law firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting a Motor Injury Supervisor to join their Manchester or Birmingham offices. Applicants must be qualified solicitors with a minimum of 1+ year PQE in motor injuries. Previous supervisory experience is required. A very competitive salary up to £50,000 is available dependent on experience. Your new roleThis Motor Injury Supervisor role will see you: Manage a reduced caseload of motor injury claims, including litigated fast-track personal injury files and small claims, often arising from road traffic accidentsProvide supervision, coaching and mentoring to junior fee-earners, ensuring high-quality technical work and consistent development. Navigate and apply civil court procedures (CPR) effectively within litigation strategy. Utilise strong knowledge of the MOJ Portal and OIC processes in progressing claims. Work independently to manage deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-moving environment. Deliver excellent communication and client care to insurer clients, self-insureds and commercial organisations. Use case management systems and IT tools effectively to maintain accurate and efficient file progression.
