Administrator

A manufacturing and production client of ours in the Maldon area (Latchingdon) are recruiting an Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm and paying 25,000 - 30,000 per annum depending on experience.Working within a small, friendly team your key duties include but are not limited to:Answering phone and email enquiriesUsing a variety of software packages to manage data and produce letters/documentsArranging appointments and managing diariesOrdering stationeryOrganising travel and accommodationLiaising with internal departmentsOther administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and printing.Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Administrator position:Excellent communication skillsProficient within the Microsoft packagesHighly organisedPrevious administration and office experienceIf you feel like you meet the above criteria and would like to be considered for this Administrator position, please apply with your CV and contact Abi at Prime Appointments for a confidential chat. ..... full job details .....
