CNC Miller Setter Operator

Location: Nuneaton
Commutable from: Coventry, Hinckley, Bedworth, Rugby, Leicester
Salary: -38,500 + 12.5% Shift Allowance
Shifts: Rotating
Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00
Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00

The Role

• Set and operate CNC milling machines (3 & 5 axis)
• Work with Heidenhain, Siemens, and Fanuc controls
• Edit programs at the machine
• Machine metals and composites
• Produce bespoke tooling, jigs, and fixtures
• Work to tight tolerances and high standards
• Support continuous improvement

About You

• CNC milling experience (3 & 5 axis)
• Confident with Heidenhain, Siemens, or Fanuc
• Able to edit programs
• Experience in precision engineering
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player with a proactive approach
