Lead major fire protection projects as a Contracts Manager with full client-facing responsibility, high autonomy, and a clear route for progression. We are seeking a Contracts Manager to take ownership of multiple fire protection projects across London and the South East. The Contracts Manager will oversee contract delivery from award to completion, acting as the main client contact and ensuring all projects meet safety, quality, and programme standards. Experience within social housing frameworks would be highly beneficial.
