Reporting to the Head of Property and Building Safety, the Property Safety Manager is a key member of our management team. Leading a multi-disciplinary team, you will develop, champion and lead on all aspects of property safety ensuring full compliance and high standards of professionalism. A collaborative approach is important for this role as you will be providing advice, support and guidance across the Organisation. With a relevant professional or degree level qualification, you will bring experience of managing all aspects of property safety (gas, fire, water, asbestos and MandE) within social housing or regulatory property environments, delivering compliance programmes with strong knowledge of statutory compliance.
