The Role As a Support Worker, you will help children and young people enjoy safe, engaging, and creative play and leisure activities that support their development and wellbeing. Working closely with each young person, you''ll plan and support activities that are fun, inclusive, and tailored to individual needs. You''ll also provide assistance with personal care, mealtimes, communication, and physical comfort, always respecting privacy and dignity.
