We have a fantastic opportunity for a Production Coordinator to join one of our creative, Leeds based clients based in Leeds.The Production Coordinators will play a vital part in supporting both Sales Teams and clients. Working collaboratively within a team; you will manage all orders from sales order confirmation through to production, dispatch, and post-delivery follow-up. You will ensure every step of the ordering process is carried out accurately and efficiently, providing a seamless experience for our clients.You will work closely with suppliers to ensure products are branded, produced, and delivered on time and to the highest standards, while keeping internal teams and clients informed throughout.If you come from a strong administrative background and are looking for your next opportunity and to work for a dynamic organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesSend purchase orders and artwork to suppliers.Produce internal paperwork to order stock, schedule jobs into production, and track progress throughout the process.Collaborate with our warehouse and production teams to ensure all orders are booked accurately.Monitor all orders to ensure production timelines and delivery dates are met.Check and report on order progress, keeping Account Handlers updated and proactively flagging issues.Maintain regular communication with clients regarding delivery dates and order status.Support invoicing procedures and assist the Accounts team to ensure timely customer payments.Build strong ..... full job details .....
