Position: Forklift Driver

• Salary: -13.39 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport pallets of bananas and other fruits across the warehouse
• Move stock into ripening rooms or chilled storage as required
• Ensure all produce is handled carefully to maintain quality standards
• Keep accurate records of stock movements
• Carry out daily equipment checks and report any defects
• Work closely with the warehouse and quality teams to ensure smooth flow of goods
• Follow all company health & safety procedures and site hygiene requirements

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance and/or Reach Forklift License
• Previous forklift experience, ideally in a warehouse or fresh produce environment
• Strong awareness of health & safety practices
• Physically fit and comfortable working in chilled environments
• Flexible and reliable with a positive, team-focused attitude
