Experience with reissuing manual tickets is essential Outstanding Customer Service skills Additional Information: Home based Working hours - 20.00 - 08.00, working 9 hour or 10 hour days. Working 4 days on and 3 days off. Paying up to 34K + 15% pay uplift between 22.00 - 08.00, approx 2-3K extra a month Training - 2 weeks in Birmingham, 1 week at home and 1 week in Birmingham.
