If you have a minimum of 7 years PQE and are seeking the next step in your Company Commercial Legal Career, this could be the opportunity for you.My multi-discipline law firm client is now seeking a Senior Company Commercial Solicitor to take over from the current Partner, who, after a long tenure at the firm, is moving to an in-house role.There will be some cases for you to work on, and work is passed between departments within the firm. This is by no means a position where you are starting from scratch; they are keen to recruit a self-starter who is interested in business development and sees the opportunity this role can bring in terms of developing the department within the firm.You will work on corporate/commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructures, non-contentious insolvency, commercial contracts, and related intellectual property issues. The client base includes banks, financing houses, SMEs, and high net-worth individuals, both offshore and onshore.The successful candidate should have some understanding of corporate structures and exposure to offshore structures.
