The position holds responsibility for reporting to senior stakeholders including executive and board-level leaders.Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of health and safety strategy, policies, and management systemEnsure compliance with relevant legislation including ISO 45001 and CDM regulationsOversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting processesDeliver regular reporting to executive stakeholders (weekly, quarterly, and annually)Collaborate with outsourced managing agents across the UK, Ireland, and FranceMonitor emerging legislation and lead internal HandS reviews and auditsMaintain responsibility for a wide range of risk areas, including construction projects, legacy building issues (e.g. asbestos, legionella), and public-facing environmentsSupport office-based and operational health and safety (e.g. DSE, expectant mother assessments, event and community risk reviews) Candidate Profile: Strong background in health and ..... full job details .....
