You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering projects, improving environmental performance, and inspiring action across the organisation.From cutting energy use and reducing waste to supporting sustainable supply chains and greener travel, you’ll work with colleagues and partners to turn ideas into real-world results.RequirementsExperience delivering improvements across environmental and social sustainability (e.g. decarbonisation, sustainable procurement, waste management).A track record of managing and delivering sustainability projects in large organisations across areas like energy, supply chains, travel, and catering.Experience running behaviour change campaigns and events, including planning, communications, and marketing (online and in-person).Proven ability to set organisational sustainability targets and create action plans to meet them.Strong communication skills – confident presenting to senior management and producing clear written reports.Excellent people skills, able to work with stakeholders at all levels and thrive in a team environment.Self-motivation and initiative, with the ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines.Analytical skills to research, interpret, and present data effectively.
