Junior BuyerAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Buyer to join a growing and fast-paced business. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking to develop a career within purchasing and supply chain.Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, you will support the procurement function by helping to manage stock, supplier relationships, purchase orders, and delivery schedules. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-focused, and confident building strong working relationships across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery and Stock ManagementReview inbound supplier requests in line with business requirementsCoordinate inbound deliveries and arrange warehouse booking slotsWork closely with Product Managers to maintain stock availabilitySupport stock control and aged stock managementMonitor and manage service level agreements (SLAs)Purchase Order ManagementRaise purchase orders and manage approval processesSend orders to suppliers and oversee them through to completionResolve warehouse delivery and dispute issuesMaintain accurate delivery schedules and due dates for warehouse arrivalsPricing and Supplier SupportLiaise with suppliers regarding special pricing requests and bidsSupport internal processes relating to pricing and quotationsSkills and Experience RequiredExperiencePrevious administrative experience is essentialExposure to purchasing, procurement, or supply chain processes would be ..... full job details .....
