Role The purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality technical support and systems expertise for both internal and external customers. You will work across a wide spectrum of systems / IT and physical security technologies from day-to-day support, preventative maintenance, to server / infrastructure projects. Your Responsibilities Provide responsive, hands-on support to users, systems and customers Design, implement, and maintain both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure solutions Support IT compliance and certification processes (e.g. ISO27001, CE+) Maintain documentation for systems, assets, and credentials Play a key role in transitioning legacy infrastructure to cloud-native platforms Ensure that all prebuilt / preconfigured solutions are configured and setup in line with IT best ..... full job details .....
