Credit Controller - Temporary ContractLocation: MiddletonHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pmPay rate: £13.50 per hourOur client, based at their Middleton head office, is looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales ledger and proactively chasing outstanding payments.Key Responsibilities:Chasing overdue payments by telephone and emailAllocating and posting payments accuratelySetting up and maintaining customer credit termsSending copy invoices and statements as requiredProcessing and reconciling invoicesManaging and maintaining the sales ledgerHandling customer queries and resolving invoice disputesProducing reports, statements and customer status updatesSupporting month-end processes, including collating sales and outstanding account figuresProviding general administrative support to the finance teamKnowledge, Skills and Experience:Previous experience in a credit control roleStrong attention to detail with the ability to reconcile accounts accuratelyWell organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectivelyConfident using Microsoft Office and accounting softwareProfessional and confident when dealing with customers and internal colleaguesCICM qualification desirable but not essentialExperience using Autoline would be an ..... full job details .....
