Description

• Oversee all site operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
• Implement and maintain health and safety protocols across the site.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimise processes.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources to meet operational goals.
• Monitor equipment maintenance schedules and ensure minimal downtime.
• Lead and motivate teams to achieve high performance levels.
• Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Profile

A successful Site Manager should have:

• A strong background in engineering or manufacturing management.
• Proven experience working at Operations Manager/Site Leader level.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the manufacturing sector.
• Exposure and working knowledge of the electronics/chemical sectors would be beneficial.
• Low volume/High Value manufacturing experience.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Proficiency in analysing operational performance data.
