About The Role As we continue to develop, at pace, our food manufacturing business through Myton Food Group, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical professional to join us at our Produce Manufacturing site at Gadbrook. Our onsite technical teams play a key role in upholding our commitment to producing safe, high quality foods that meet both customer expectations and regulatory standards. As an ideal candidate you will have experience in the produce sector and have worked on site in a food manufacturing background, improving processes, analysing data, technical troubleshooting, food quality improvements whilst having a relentless focus on the needs of the customer . Working closely with and reporting to the Senior Technical Manager, the role will be responsible for: Delivery of key site workstreams to ensure quality is at the forefront Identifying emerging risks and issues and leading the development of mitigation plans at site for such risks, leads serious incident response Direct / control of the site implementation of Technical plans and budgets Creating true cross functional relationships that are aligned and clear to all Working at a senior level across the site to develop new ideas and expand the business. Set direction for site Technical and Hygiene teams As well as strong leadership skills, you will also have: Commercial market knowledge of risk seasons and challenges Experience as a decision maker for raw material selection and product quality ..... full job details .....
