Youth Training Tutor needed in Newport, £16.35ph PAYE - Reference: OR22345JOB PURPOSETo contribute to the design, delivery and performance of commissioned youth training programmes.To ensure the provision of an engaging learning programme within the relevant subject area.To prepare, deliver, assess and evaluate the course to the specified standard required by the service and the Awarding Organisations.To ensure that administrative procedures relating to learner and class delivery are completed accurately and to agreed compliance based targets.KEY RESULT AREAS1. To design, deliver and develop appropriate and relevant learning to promote positive progression of learners2. Plan the learning and assessment process with learners3. To recruit learners to the programme4. Induction including, meeting and greeting all learners, completing all relevant eligibility documentation delivering the structured induction session and making sure all learners have a clear understanding of the programme and future goals.5. To deliver personal development workshops 6. Responsible for the delivery and successful completion of a range of agreed qualifications as per programme specification in a timely manner7. To collaborate with key stakeholders, partners, employers, training providers, and support agencies to ensure effective referral processes onto the programme8.
