This project is working on a high rise building in the Winchester area. On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties: Management of sub-contractors and direct operativesPAS 2030/2035 knowledge/experienceLead the site team to the best of your abilityManage delivery of works to specificationHave several direct reports to manage including RLO''s and office staffPre and post inspections of worksHealth and safety and quality checks My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects.
