Act as SME for escalated ER issues. What We re Looking For Proven HR leadership in a growing or SME environment. Strong knowledge of UK employment law, TUPE, change management and ER. Experience in managing an HR team Skilled in data analysis and HR systems. MCIPD/FCIPD or equivalent experience.
