Spanish Speaking Sales & Customer Service Agent

Location: Hybrid, Canary Wharf, London (3 days in the office)
Salary: -12.79 per hour + uncapped commission
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday on a rota basis

TeamJobs is recruiting for a Spanish Speaking Sales & Customer Service Agent to join a successful customer contact team based in Canary Wharf.

This is a sales focused role where you''ll convert inbound enquiries into holiday bookings, provide outstanding customer service, and maximise sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Following full training, you''ll work in a hybrid environment with excellent opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Converting inbound enquiries into bookings

• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable holiday packages

• Upselling additional products and services

• Managing booking amendments, cancellations and confirmations

• Following up leads and supporting sales activity

• Maintaining accurate customer records

• Working towards individual and team sales targets

About You

• Fluent in Spanish and English

• Previous sales and/or customer service experience

• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills

• Target-driven and commercially minded

• Organised with good attention to detail

• Experience within travel, hospitality or tourism would be beneficial
