With modern purpose-built warehousing facilities to provide extra service to their customers.We are now recruiting at their Bury location for a Road Freight Internal Sales executiveYou will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, sales development and sales support, resolving inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities: Answer phone calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Quote Logs etc Develop relationships with existing customers. Develop New Business. Make appointments for visits by Branch and General Manager where suitable. General Admin. Assist Operators where required.Skills required: Road freight internal sales / sales support experience Mature and dynamic personality, which enables the focus of interaction with colleagues to be proactive. A good understanding of how important customer satisfaction and trust is to the business.
