The client is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join their independent, family-run small animal practice located in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. The practice has expanded to include a standalone branch surgery, ensuring comprehensive care for patients. The Candidate: The successful candidate will work alongside the lead vet in Walton, benefiting from the expertise of peripatetic orthopaedic surgeons and an Advanced Practitioner in Cardiology. The practice is an accredited nurse training facility with an experienced nursing team, providing invaluable support and skill utilisation. Full-time, would be 4 days a week, 08:30-19:00, and an equal share of Saturday shifts. They have scheduled breaks in the diary to catch up on admin and phone calls, and to get a proper lunch break The schedule alternates between consults and surgery, promoting skill development and case continuity.
