Lead Engineer at Skanska – Skanska Building Services is a leader in facilities management, trusted by top-tier clients across critical sectors. We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to supervise maintenance and fault analysis of mechanical building operations.What you''ll do

Review health and status of critical building systems and report on site resilienceIssue and manage planned and reactive maintenance tasks in line with contract requirementsComplete planned and reactive maintenance tasks in line with contract requirementsHandle additional requests and project tasksDeliver cost savings through identification and implementation of process efficienciesSub-contractor management including review of works deliveredManage health and safety for the team and processes as per Skanska requirementsAttend site in a timely manner as a participant in the site call-out rotaQualifications

Minimum of Mechanical/Electrical City and Guilds level 2, NVQ level 3Experience working in an FM/building services environmentExperience of BMS and critical building systemsIOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSHExperience of managing/leading engineers and subcontractorsEqual opportunities
