This position is ideal for someone with a minimum of 2 years'' relevant experience and a strong command of AutoCAD. The successful candidate will demonstrate a keen attention to detail while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:Create accurate substructure and superstructure drawings, ensuring high-quality work is produced at every stage.Collaborate with engineers and technicians to deliver residential housing projects, ensuring deadlines and standards are consistently met.Efficiently manage several projects at once, ensuring each phase is completed on time and to a high standard.Support junior team members while also working independently when required.Communicate progress and technical queries effectively with senior staff, ensuring all stakeholders are kept up to date.Review and provide feedback on third-party designs and drawings, contributing to overall project quality.Address and resolve technical and construction queries promptly to maintain project momentum.
