Your New Role
As KS2 Phase Lead, you will:

• Lead and inspire a team of KS2 teachers to deliver outstanding teaching and learning.
• Drive curriculum development and assessment strategies across Years 3-6.
• Work closely with SLT to support whole-school improvement priorities.
• Model exemplary classroom practice and mentor colleagues.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and ambitious learning environment.
  
  

What You''ll Need to Succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and substantial KS2 teaching experience.
• Proven leadership or middle leadership experience (e.g. Year Group Lead, Subject Lead).
• A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to inclusion, equity, and continuous professional development.
