A dynamic Document Solutions Business headquartered in the City of London is currently looking for an Office Administrator to join its team ASAP!

 

As the Office Administrator you will:

- Research the cost of items such as materials, transport and labour.
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers.
- Get quotes from suppliers and contractors within a specified time frame.
- Assess the risk levels associated with a project.
- Prepare and submit quotations / estimates and details of costs for work to be done.
- Monitor the costs at the different stages of a project to ensure it stays within the estimated costs (Training will be provided).

 

We are looking for an Office Administrator with the following qualifications / experience:

- Experience in office administration.
- IT Literate – strong Excel skills.
- Commercial awareness.
- Good communication skills.
- The ability to deal with customers via phone and email.

 

 

This is a full office-based role with hybrid working available after initial training.

In return you will receive a salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.
