Senior Electrician / Qualified Supervisor

Pay: Up to £46,000.00 per year

We are looking for a full-time experienced Senior Electrician/QS to join our expanding team to cover the Southwest and West Midlands area.

We are looking for someone to achieve the highest standard of customer service. We would like you to have a flexible approach and be prepared to travel within the Southwest and West Midlands areas as the role is mobile. The ability to work independently will be essential as will good communication skills.

The job role includes insurance-based repair work at multiple properties per day (fault-finding skills essential), installation work such as consumer units, and general electrical work. We are also looking for you to be an experienced QS. Working hours are on average 40 per week. Some weekend working is necessary (1 weekend in 4 with extra payments).

The minimum requirements needed are:

• Level 3 Award in Requirements for Electrical Installations BS 7671 (18th Edition).
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation Engineering + AM2 Assessment of competence (or equivalent qualification).
• Level 3 Award in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations (2391) (or equivalent).
• Valid ECS Gold Card.
• Preferably experience as an Electrical QS under the NIC EIC Competent Persons Scheme.

A company van and fuel card will be provided and a full UK driving license is required. A basic DBS clearance will also be necessary which will be at our cost.

We will provide you with a uniform and a phone allowance of £20 per month.
